My Left Arm Is Famous!

In the midst of last week's manic website makeover fixing sessions I, or rather my boyfriend, received a rather interesting phone call from a friend saying he had just seen my arm in a magazine. Now, it is no regular arm, he hadn't simply seen a bare arm and thought oh wow I know who that belongs to, oh no, it's my pug arm!

I really love my dog, maybe a bit too much (except when she wakes me up at 6am putting her toys in my mouth) and so last year I got the lovely Leah Moule to eternally etch her likeness upon my arm. Total Tattoo ran an article about Leah this month and my arm was in it which is pretty cool, even if I did have to pay an extortionate £4.20 to obtain it, the magazine, not the tattoo, I dread to think what a £4 tattoo would look like, ick!!

Keeping on the tattoo theme this year we have stalls at three of the best convestions, Liverpool in June, Derby in July and Tattoo Jam in August. We're really excited to be taking Beadesaurus on the road and hope to meet lots of new inky friends there!

It's still very fresh and so there are a few bits that need some TLC but all the products work, and you can spend your pennies on our lovely wares with ease!

On another, slightly stranger note, I was getting my Sunday marathon fix of Dog the Bounty Hunter last night when I noticed one of the arrestees was wearing our diamante sacred heart necklace! Now she may have been a junkie but it's still pretty friggin' cool! I caught her looking grumpy, I think it was because I was taking her picture.

I've also added two new custom name necklaces, with another being added shortly, these are gorgeous and they're in the Beadesaurus swirly font. They've got real Swarovski crystal on them and are rather delicious if I say so myself!

Our New Wesbite! New Loungefly!!!!!

As you may have noticed, I'm currently in the process of deleting all the products from our old website in order to get ready for the new one to be launched on Monday. With over 1000 items it's becoming quite a task!

Agh!

And on top of tweaking all the little problems I'm finding with the new site this week we've had about 2 million deliveres. Well, maybe that's a little excessive but there's been LOADS! Hello Kitty (including Chococat!) (x 2 massive boxes), more Goodie Two Sleeves, the AMAZING cake jewellery, Fluff, new wallets & bags, silly donut lipglosses, Disney Couture aaaaaaannnnnnnnddddddd

NEW LOUNGEFLY!

The first batch of Spring/Summer has arrived...

...AND IT'S AMAZING!

I can't decide which t-shirt is my favouite, and for what reason! The tattoo one is gorgeous but I love the burgers and fries one, mainly because the fries have a moustache! A Moustache! I also adore the hug me bear, he has a little fuzzy heart on the front, it's so cute!

Loungefly have also started to manufacture clothes, bags and jewellery for the brand Crowded Teeth alongside the licenses they already have for Disney (we have a gorgeous new Alice bag by the way!), Skelanimals and others. The Crowded Teeth stuff is great, really different and wonderfully silly!

We've got just too much good stuff at the moment, and I've not got nearly enough time to sort it all out with this site launch at the moment. I actually have items queued to be put online. I still have to finish watermarking pictures so that grubby mitted lazy-bones can't nick them!

Oh so sleepy! Another late night and on-hold social life methinks!!
