Phew, after another busy summer of conventions it's lovely to have a few weeks to ourselves...or not!
Whilst we've just abour recovered from the joys of
Tattoo Jam and
Norwich being on consecutive weekends and getting waaaay too many tattoos in a pretty short time period (7 hour sitting anyone?!) we've got some SUPER exciting news! The
Beadesaurus Marple store is moving!
We've completely outgrown our current
Beadesaurus premesis at number 5 Derby Way...so we're moving 3 doors down to number 11 (the old SOS/Pirates & Princesses store!)!
We're going to have a much bigger shopfloor to fill with a much wider array of goodies and a second level too where lots of exciting things are going to start happening once we're settled in!
The grand opening is on September 2nd and we'll have some lovely cupcakes baked by a genuine grandma for anyone who pops by!
Right, onto what's new!
Well, we have LOADS of new
Liquorbrand t-shirts, although much of it still needs to go online (particularly the
men's Liquorbrand range) it's slowly beginning to trickle onto the
website! Many designs are by the super-lovely Phil Kyle who we had a great time boozing and schmoozing with at Bournemouth Convention at the end of May. Here are our favourites:
We've also expanded our
kiddies range immensely with more to come! We're currently stocking up to age 5 in
kid's t-shirts and
kid's babydoll ruffle tees but hope to go up to age 12 to cater for all your pre-tattooed youngun's needs!
We're also a bit more lady-like! Our new dresses and skirts go up to a size 18 too!
Two new
Whitney Lenox designs are in stock now along with a replenishment of some older ever-popular designs including
Busy Living &
Cut-Throat Girl. We briefly met at Tattoo Jam although the way I was introduced probably scared her slightly! She's gorgeous, just like the ladies she draws!
We've got in a gorgeous new range of retro and vintage style tattoo jewellery too. Pin-up-tacular!
And last, but not least, we have also now got ALL of the new Loungefly through, phew! They'll be teasing us with previews of the autumn/winter range soon, beasts! We do love them though, and their sugar skull-tastic summer range! Look at all this bag & wallet shaped goodness!
We're off to check out lots of lovely autumn/winter ranges in the next two weeks, and then we have the immensity of
LONDON TATTOO CONVENTION on the 24th-25th-26th of September! We have our own arch so come and have a good old shop!
